This natural, zinc free sunscreen can be used on dogs, cats and horses that are exposed to the sun. It uses all edible oils along with titanium dioxide for sun protection. Dr Zoo believes products for pets should be safe if eaten so that no other health problems occur because of ingested skin care products. Dr Zoo does not use chemical UV filters or other chemicals. Animals that have light coloured noses, short or missing fur or that like to sunbake upside down exposing their bellies are most in need of sun protection.
