The RSPCA World for Pets team is small but hard working, and generally despatch your order within 1-2 working days of receiving your order details. Once orders are despatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and if transit times are impacted by external factors. Generally shipping time is between  2-8 working days*.

We work with a number of experienced courier companies to get your order to you as efficiently as we can.

During peak periods, such as Easter and Christmas, or when there is a high volume of deliveries, orders may take between 8-14 working days to arrive at your door. 

Shipping and handling charges are based on weight/volume/dimensions and location, and are calculated by the database immediately - just view your cart.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout through Australia Post. It is based of weight, size and delivery location. Some orders may be despatched from multiple locations requiring postage as calculated by Australia Post for each. Shipping is free on orders over $100 in metro areas to a weight limit of 20kg. Metro Areas have been defined by Australia Post, please email info@rspcaworldforpets.com.au to confirm if your postcode is in a metro area. Bulky items like Cat Towers and Cages may incur higher fees.

Once your order is despatched with the courier company, RSPCA World for Pets cannot be held responsible for the safe delivery of your parcel. However, if your order is not delivered or you wish to enquire on the status of your order, please contact our customer service team on the below details.

By placing an order you agree to 'Leave parcel in a Safe Place' as selected by the courier company, RSPCA World for Pets cannot be held liable for stolen or missing parcels.

In Store Pickup:

Orders placed as In Store Pickup are typically ready in 2-4 working days. You will be notified via email when ready to collect. These orders can be collected from the RSPCA World for Pets store in the RSPCA Wacol Adoption Centre.

On collection either a valid government issued photo identification (Drivers Licence, etc) or the ''Order is Ready To Collect'' email must be presented. If the collecting persons name is different to the order name they must have the ''Order is Ready to Collect'' email with all order details available for staff to view. 

You will be required to sign confirming order collection. 

All orders will be available for 7 days from the ''Order is Ready to Collect'' email. After this date we will attempt to contact you and organise a collection or return/refund. If we are unable to contact via phone we will cancel the order.
