Can I donate products to the RSPCA?
Yes — we’d absolutely love that. There are always animals in our care who appreciate a little extra comfort. You can donate treats, toys, or even essential items like medication by purchasing them as normal, then emailing info@rspcaworldforpets.com.au to let us know which items you’d like us to keep for the animals.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, there may be slight delays, but we’ll always do our best to get your items on the way promptly.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the courier used. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. This allows you to monitor your parcel from our warehouse to your doorstep.
How much postage will I pay?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We use a range of couriers to keep costs as low as possible, with most orders delivered by Australia Post. We pass postage costs on to the order so more of your purchase can support the animals in our care. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
How do I return goods?
Changed your mind? No problem — we accept returns that meet our Returns Policy.
Received something faulty? All products are covered under Australian Consumer Law. Check our Returns Policy and email our team so we can help.
Does my order actually support the RSPCA?
Yes. RSPCA World for Pets is owned and operated by the RSPCA, and every dollar of profit goes straight back into helping animals — both domestic and wild
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, Click & Collect is available at selected RSPCA World for Pets locations. Simply choose the option at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout. All payments are processed safely to protect your information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Contact our team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
What if an item is out of stock?
If a product is unavailable, get into contact with us via email and we'll give you an ETA or order some in specially.
Do you ship Australia‑wide?
Absolutely. We deliver to all states and territories across Australia. Some remote areas may have limited courier options, but we’ll always find the best available service.
Are gift cards available?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be used online only. They make a great gift for any pet lover.
